Salon Policies & Information

Children & Guests

• No under-16s or second person/extra guests — sorry, they will be refused entry. This is due to access to equipment and the layout of the salon space.

• Please be mindful that the salon is based in my home — there is no reception or waiting area. A calm and personally focused environment is maintained to ensure your treatment is carried out to the highest standard.

Facilities

• Parking is available in the front, or on the street.

• The salon room is located on the ground floor, and there is a WC located next to the salon room.

• Tea, coffee ☕, water, and soft drinks will be provided. There are also sweets and chocolates for you to help yourself to.

Appointments & Nail Art

• Nail art on the day cannot be guaranteed. Please book a nail art service in advance if wanted.

• Kindly send pictures prior to your appointment to discuss possibilities, design ideas, and timing required — this helps avoid disappointment on the day.

Lateness

• If you are late, your treatment may be shortened or forfeited depending on the time available. Full booking fee or deposit charges still apply regardless.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment. You can log into your account to make changes, or contact me directly.

• Reschedules or cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in your booking fee or deposit being non-refundable.

• No-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged the deposit amount (I really wouldn't like to do this!).

• Should you still wish to have the treatment, a new appointment and deposit or booking fee will be required.

Deposits or booking fee

• All bookings require a non-refundable deposit or booking fee (50% of the treatment price) to secure your appointment.

• Deposits or booking fee are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Refunds & Complaints

• No refunds are given once a treatment has been carried out.

• If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment, please raise this before leaving the salon so it can be addressed.

Patch Testing

• Certain treatments — including HD Brows with tints, Brow Lamination, and LVL Lashes — require a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment.

• A patch test is required prior to your first HD Brow tint or LVL treatment, and then again after six months, or if you haven't had the treatment within that time.

• A patch test must also be carried out if there have been any changes to your medical situation since your last treatment.

Consultation & Medical Forms

• Medical consultation forms and disclaimers for all treatments must be completed online, prior to booking.

• If forms are not completed accurately, Nails etc by Pri cannot carry out the service and will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions or outcomes.

• If aftercare advice is not followed, or a service breakdown occurs as a result, Nails etc by Pri will not be held responsible.

• If a contraindication is discovered upon arrival that was not previously disclosed, the treatment may be refused and the deposit forfeited.

• Nails etc by Pri reserves the right to refuse service to any client who is unwell, under the influence of alcohol or substances, or behaving inappropriately.

Age & Parental Consent

• No clients under the age of 16 will be accepted.

• Clients aged 16–17 may require written parental or guardian consent for certain treatments, including brow tinting, lash tinting, and lamination treatments.

Photos & Social Media

• Nails etc by Pri may photograph completed treatments for use on social media and marketing materials.

• If you would prefer not to have your treatment photographed, please let me know before your appointment and this will be respected.

Aftercare

• Aftercare advice will be provided following your treatment. It is your responsibility to follow this advice to maintain your results.

• Nails etc by Pri will not be held responsible for issues arising from failure to follow aftercare guidance.

Pricing

• All prices are subject to change. The price agreed at the time of booking will apply to your appointment.
